Wilnerdene Pieters of RAM couriers went above and beyond what I could have expected from her. The client service that she gave me was exceptional and because of it, I will in future only use RAM Couriers. I will not hesitate to recommend to everyone I know to use Ram.

I would like to make sure that the company is aware of what an asset she is to them. Over the past day or two, we have spoken on the phone at least 10 times. She was always friendly, helpful and patient. She called me back within a few minutes whenever she had to make an enquiry from the drivers.
