Excellent work

Received the best service from individual a lady called Terry Leigh from their customer service center. The third or fourth time I called them I got hold of her on the other side of the phone. She took time to listen to my query, managed to calm me down saying that she'll do whatever it takes to make sure that I get my parcel. She really is an asset to the company and she should be recognized for her hard work. What I like about her is that she takes the query and carries it on her shoulders until she gets the work done and she also puts herself in the customer's shoes. Big up to her she's such an awesome person and may she continue to help others as she helped me, it was because of her that I finally got my parcel.
