Excellent as usual
Thank you Ram for the continued high services that I have received from you over the years. Lately I have been receiving numerous parcels from you. Your tracking app works well and your delivery times have been on time. Yesterday one of my parcels that another courier company was meant to deliver, let me not go into detail, I will just say WHAT A TOTAL DISASTER and I still have no idea when it will be delivered. I have also spoken to the supplier that used them they couriered two items, both delivery date being the 25th. Obviously yours was delivered on the day, as per your tracking, not unusual and as expected. HOWEVER even after speaking to the other companies agent I am not sure when delivery will take place and upon searching their reviews on hellopeter, I was shocked that the company that sent my parcels even use them. Please keep up the good work and please do not disappoint in the future. Thank You
