Excelle... oh wait its RAM never mind

The Courier is dispatched before Delivery date and time are confirmed.

There is no use in calling the call center.

I arranged that I will collect the package from the warehouse and got confirmation from the call center manager that I can do that and he will ask that the package be kept on site. He also confirmed that I will recieve a SMS with the arrangements as requested, I'm still waiting for the SMS.

I have gotten more feedback from the company where I bought the package than I have from RAM h2h couriers.

When I arrived at the warehouse within the time period that I specified, I was informed that the package has been sent to the delivery address.

I have sent a complaint to the company from which I bought my package asking that they no longer do business with RAM going forwards.

This is also not the first time that I had to deal with RAM h2h and hopefully this will also be the last time ever.
