Evil and very bad service from Ram courier company drivers

Poor and evil service i received today we agreed on the delivery address and I yold these incompetence drivers that I am.on my way I drove 5km upon my arrival they told me to wait for 10 minutes which became 30 minutes , I tried to call them no one answered my call, I called the bread office they said I gave them the wrong addres.

Guys out there beware of this evil company they don't care I drove for 5km for nothing I did not received my parcel which is paid. The drivers are full of attitude as if theynown this company I am so disappointed I will never use this evil courier again

I left a sick wife in the house running to get my parcel but all was in vain
