EVEN 1 STAR IS AN OVER KILL FOR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Immediate Attention Required: Missing Package and Unresponsive Customer Service

I am writing to express my OUTRAGE and DISAPPOINTMENT at the appalling service I've received from RAM and BASH.

On 03/12/2024, I ordered a sneaker and an eyepencil, which were shipped separately. While the eyepencil arrived promptly the next day, the sneaker remains missing.

RAM's excuses are ABSURD. First, they claimed they needed an access card or permit to deliver, which makes no sense. Now, they're saying it's because a school is closed! Are you kidding me?! There is NO SCHOOL anywhere near my residential area!
