Empty Promises are SO FRUSTRATING!

I ordered something essential to be shipped during lockdown on the Wednesday before Easter weekend. I called on Thursday to find out if the Express selection I choose would mean I would get the package sooner - they said unfortuneatley due to the long weekend I would only receive it on Tuesday. I was disappointed but I understood. I got hold of them today (Tuesday) to confirm the time the package would be delivered only to be told that it wont be delivered because they don''t service that area today! I ordered express shipping so that it could be delivered sooner! Why spend more money if it doesnt matter! What gets me going is that the person I spoke to, Nicolize, confirmed the delivery for Tuesday, and I called in to confirm for Tuesday, so two people garunteed it! Today when I spoke to Nicolize I asked her to please get a manager to contact me. She said they would..... they still haven't.
