Empty promises and no service delivery

The level of service being provided is unacceptable. Despite daily delivery commitments, no deliveries have taken place. I then receive notifications stating that delivery attempts were made but that I was “unreachable,” which is incorrect. In addition, repeated attempts to contact your office by telephone have been unsuccessful. On two occasions I remained on hold for extended periods (15 minutes and 7 minutes respectively) before the calls were disconnected. This breakdown in communication and failure to meet delivery commitments is unacceptable.
