Empty promises and lies upon lies...
Needed my delivery urgently today and could track that it was already in my area by 10h this morning - called numerous times to double check that delivery would indeed take place today - every time being promised “that their policy is that the courier HAS to deliver it today” - and that I can call until 18h30 if it’s still not delivered by then - called before 18h00 only to be told that the courier was already back at the depot and that it will thus not be delivered today... thanks for nothing RAM - 1st and last time I’ll make use of your “service”...

We do apologise for the delayed deliver of your parcel.
Please note that the courier was not able to get a hold of you at the delivery address when they attempted delivery yesterday morning. Though the courier had arranged to return back to the address, they were not able to because of parcel volumes and route.
