effing confused

Absolute the worse courier service in South Africa. Informed at 7.01am this morning that package out for delivery and at 6.15pm held in an queue for tel communication to locate package and which times out after 20mins to say office closed. ***! The worst and most terrible courier service in South Africa. No other words for this. But 5mins after sending this review courier turns up...........so ***!!!how do you review this company?
