Can we please talk about Ram couriers. Recently started a new job, work from home position. Needed the equipment to be couriered ASAP its been more than the stipulated 5 business days. I’ve called the helpline soo many times, each time everyone will make a promise to call the driver. Each flippin morning I receive a text msg stating that my order is due for delivery but to my surprise here i am writing to hello peter. Horrible service, useless agents, unkept promises. My job is compromised i could even get fired because of a company that can’t even communicate with its clients. Horrible horrible, i dont advice anyone to even start using this courier.
