On Tuesday the satus on whatsapp self help was indicating that my parcel will be delivered on Wednesday 3rd December 2025, nothing arrived, when I check again the status today (Thursday) status went back to warehouse, I try calling them it takes me 5 minutes to find a reply only for a call to be dropped. So these people have a useless self service whatsapp just to lie to customers, mind you I am making plans for someone to be at home just for them not to show up. Im so frustrated with this company's service
