Early Bird, more like Late Bird

Used Ram hand to hand couriers on Monday 25th March 2019 to ship a package from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth using the Early bird (delivery before 9am) service.

Everything went smooth from Package collection until Tuesday 26th March 2019 when at 9:05 the package was still not collected. I then phoned RAM's PE office and spoke to Melissa, she then said she will call the driver and follow up with me. After 10 minutes I received a call back from her saying that there was a hold up and the driver is on his way. I then asked her if I was going to be partially refunded since it didn't fall under the early bird service (since it was past 9am) she then said she has no idea and would phone me back later the day. (I am still waiting for the call back).

The courier arrived around 9:25am, making it fall under the "Next Day by 11:00" service instead of "Early Bird 09:00"
