Dumb ****ry

Absolutely shocked, or should i say i should have expected this. I got a message to say that a parcel would be delivered to me on the day. I called them and asked them to change the address as they had the wrong address, they submitted the change of address and a few minutes later the driver called me and i said i changed the address, do not deliver the parcwl. Low and behold, I get a notification that the parcel was delivered! Straight to the address that i said they must not send it to. How hard can is possibly be! Get your **** together!!!!!!!!!!
