Drivers who think we are their women whom we answer to
This doesn't even deserve a star at all,Worst service l could ever come across to be interviewed why l am not answering their 1missed call when l was outside waiting for them and they get to refuse to give me my parcel because l 1st have to answer why they called and they never reached me,wow these drivers should learn a thing or two from the takealot drivers seriously,didn't know a delivery who be so must of a hustle,will now be collecting straight from the shop.

The courier will finish delivering other parcels and re-attempt delivery to you tomorrow.
We will investigate the call in the interim and initiate disciplinary action where neccessary.
