DRIVERS THAT ARE FULL OF ****

My package was supposed to be delivered from rain. Someone came and delivered it but refused to hand it over to me for 2 days. I have been missing work for the passed 2 days when I had the documents they needed to proved that I am indeed this person entitled. The driver was very rude and switched off his phone when I complained after he claimed he came the 2nd day but didnt came. He only called to make a silly excuse why he cannot deliver my parcel.
