Drivers telling blatant lies.
Courier tracking says they were at address at 13h50 and could not deliver as there were no such person at address. LIES LIES LIES We were sitting outside on the porch by the gate as there was load shedding - no RAM vehicle in site.

Let me cut and paste as you do:
“We were sitting outside on the porch by the gate as there was load shedding - no RAM vehicle in site.” Incase that is not clear we were outside near the gate until 14h15 when electricity returned.
I am not there now as I have a job too!
Deliver to my nearest FNB branch as I have had it with RAM. I am also going to log a complaint with FNB. They should get another courier to do a proper job.
