Drivers service is *******
The service of ram is very very bad, I bought a speed point from ikhokha, since then I never received my parcel. Last week Friday the driver called me while he was on my gate, then I told him that I'm at work, then I will be back later, but my wife was there, then he said no he can't give it to my wife. Then he said he will come on Monday, which is today. Then he called me this morning to ask me if I'm available, I said yes I'm waiting for you but later I need to go to work, when I called him to find out how far, they told me we should arrange another day EMER***. I don't need it anymore

Till when will you be available at the address for the delivery?

For today, the courier states that he currently outside your address to make the delivery.
