Drivers are extremely reckless and don't give a HOOT

Good evening, Lately on the R24 East towards Isando in the late afternoon early evenings I've experienced their drivers driving very recklessly even in bad weather and this includes the mini bus panel vans, bakkie and 10 Ton or so trucks, speeding and swerving between traffic and rapid changing of lanes to avoid getting stuck behind a slower vehicle and the shooting from the 3rd lane to take the Barbara offramp and cutting over the pained island at offramp at high speed overtaking a slower truck near the offramp. This happend 30/11/2017 between 18:30 & 19:00 and was not able to get reg. Do they monitor driver driving habits via a tracking system and do they discipline drivers for these bad driving behaviours
