*********** Drivers and Customer Care

If I could choose who will be delivering my order when placing a delivery, I will certainly not choose RAM Couriers. I've only ever encountered rude men who assume that because they are speaking to a woman, they can choose whatever tone they want. This is my second experience and something needed to be said.

I placed an order with Clicks for home delivery. The driver (who didn't give his name) calls me on my cellphone to tell me that he is from RAM Couriers but I am not answering my phone. I thought this was odd given that I literally just answered my phone to take his call. Anyway, moving on, I attempted to tell him that he needs to come to the gate in order for me to give him access. He cuts me off and speaks over me to ask me why am I not answering my phone. I did not appreciate his tone and I asked him where does he get off being rude. And then he cuts the call. I then call the customer care line and speak to *********** Nhlanhla who I relay this information to, Already highly annoyed, he then asks me to repeat myself because he didn't get the whole story. I mean, what? I was so frustrated having to repeat myself that I asked him to repeat what he heard and he chose to not do. The next thing, HE cuts my call. Is this the service delivery expected from RAM Couriers? Disgusting!
