Driver with a stinky attitude

One of the RAM drivers gave me terrible service. Upon arriving at the gate he scolded at me for arriving a mere 10 minutes later. He did not even greet me. I live in a complex and he expected me to fetch the parcel all the way at the gate. Hence my arrival was delayed. I reprimanded him for his terrible and appalling customer service. No customer should be treated like that.
