Driver Not Following COVID-19 Protocols

To my shocking amazement I witnessed a courier driver not following any social distancing protocols on our last delivery. When I told him not to come closer, he frowned and gave me attitude. The driver had not PPE protection. Also our order was extremely late. You need to make sure that your drivers don't operate carelessly in this time of COVID-19 our sake and theirs. Also they have to be well equipped before being dispatched.
