I previously had an issue with a parcel I was waiting for . In saturday past I recieved a message saying I will eventually get my parcel. I got home about 3.20pm on saturday. At 3.54pm I got a call but got to my phone to late. I didn't call back as I wasn't to bothered by the number and thought if it is important the person will call back. At exactly 4pm I checked the RAM tracker for my parcel only to see at 3.56pm the driver updated to say delivery failed as they couldn't get hold of me. I called the driver 4 times from my husbands phone he never answered. I then messaged him to say I am going to report him on Monday because how do you call me once I dont answer and you say you couldn't get hold of me. Anyway I call him for the 5th time and he answers. This man literally laughed at me when I starting questioning him and by this time I was furious. He tells me he already left the area and he can't phone every client twice. So I said but why didn't you come to my house like every other courier ive ever dealt with. Oh that is not standard practise they must phone once and if there's no answer they reschedule. So I said no they will have to deliver my parcel the saturday and he insist no they already left my area. I then told him give me your name so I can report you and he laughs again and and says it is Waseem Hasalaam. Not even 5 minutes after I ended the call the RAM courier van pulls up at my house and this man Wassem has the nerve to laugh again and tell me he was just playing with me he was going to come back with my parcel. I am not sure if I looked like a joke to this man and he was clearly lying because straight after the courier update I got a WhatsApp from RAM to reschedule for another day. I believe this guy is new because I went to find out who he is and who his managers are . I believe his branch manager is Monieb and the Regional manager is Araura. Please speak to your staff , I might have looked like a joke to him but I am far from it , you are putting Bash for one in a bad light because of your drivers incompetence you will make that i do not order from them again. Waseem needs to learn that professionalism counts in every job. There are thousands of people out there who wish they had his job and he is going around laughing at clients and "playing with them". That is not on.
