Driver attitude

Good day,

RAM was supposed to collect a package from us, when they arrived the driver proceeded to hoot like a taxi, for me to come out of my house even though he had an assistant in the car with him. I was busy with a meeting at this time and my husband had informed him prior to his arrival that he needs to come to the front door.

When I came out, I firmly asked him not to hoot like that as there are other people in their houses and all working from home. He did not apologize, but proceeded to tell me, after taking the package that I can go back into my house (no documents were signed).

On his way out, he reversed out, onto the field where my kids play (this has sp**** grass and sand) and proceeded to drive over my children's toys (bright green and blue toys)… twice. despite there being enough space for him to reverse into our driveway and then drive out. And yes, the toys broke.
