14 Feb 2024, 08:37I've contacted vodacom and they said the parcel will be delivered anytime this week,I've got a footage from my CCTV cameras ,the drivers arrived at my place and did not bother to call ,all he did is to drive off immediately, he did a U turn and drove off ,can someone explain that to me ?

14 Feb 2024, 08:50Ram is completely a bad courier's extremely poor customer service, the driver is rude and arrogant, with attitude, everytime he comes to my address he makes his own decisions and decides not to call and assumed that there's no one in the house ,I believes that when a parcel is to be delivered the driver makes a phone call upon arrival

Ram is completely a bad courier's extremely poor customer service, the driver is rude and arrogant, with attitude, everytime he comes to my address he makes his own decisions and decides not to call and assumed that there's no one in the house ,I believes that when a parcel is to be delivered the driver makes a phone call upon arrival

We have looked into this request with Vodacom and were advised to return the parcel as there was issues with your delivery address as well as you identity document which lead to vodacom asking that we return the order for resolution with you. The issue of dogs was also raised as couriers could not gain access when they could not get hold of you.

14 Feb 2024, 10:35I do not have any dogs by my place ,pure lies ,wow you are deliberately telling lies wow so unprofessional, and you haven't answered my question, why does the driver does not call me upon arrival, that's what a courier does when about to deliver a parcel ,you are marketing and promoting false adverti*****ts, you can not walk into my house without calling me first, it's (trespassing)

14 Feb 2024, 16:02I am completely helpless, with this situation, ram costed me a lots of money ,I took three days off waiting for the parcel and nothing is done about it ,I am going to take this matter to icasa maybe they will come up with a solution
