Dreadful service!

I am astounded by the poor service rendered by Ram hand to Hand couriers. I ordered a smart device from FNB and they contract Ram Hand to Hand to do the deliveries. I spent an entire day at home waiting for the package as i could not be given a time. After several(3) calls to their head office, i received a call at 17:20 informing me that no delivery would take place today! I was advised that i need to wait for Monday. This is a disgrace and absolutely unacceptable. What a waste of time.
