Don’t use this company

Been waiting 2 days for a delivery and when I called the call centre I was told that orders that cost more are prioritised. I don’t know how they even figure this out unlesss they open packages. They have not contacted me to explain why my order is going on da 3 of no delivery, all I keep getting are notifications one a day saying my order is out for delivery. What a terrible company with ridiculous service
