DONT USE THEM

Absolutely shocking service, I will not purchase from any online stores who use RAM couriers. There customer service agents are APPALLING and are of no assistance , all they can say is they cant confirm the time of delivery but they will be here before 5pm only to send me an SMS at 18:07 to say they are unable to deliver.

My order was two of the same items, one item was from OLIFANTSFONTEIN to Pietermaritzburg, delivered a day earlier by the company M24 Logistics. Part 2 of the order already a day late from Umhlanga to Pietermaritzburg. I have no words to describe how annoyed i am and how useless their employees are.
