Don't use them
Worst courier ever. Booked at 9 the morning and when querying at 4pm where the driver is because we close at 4:30pm I was advised I'll be contacted, I only got contacted 4:40pm where I was told the driver is on his way, I had to drive all the way back to work to accommodate the driver to collect the parcel. They get arrogant to say their collections are till 5pm, yet if there was proper communication when I asked when the driver will arrive I could have arranged for collection without being inconvenienced but asking for clear and proper communication is too much to ask. Stick to Courier Guy, they care about their customers.

12 Jun 2024, 17:20This package was supposed to be delivered yesterday yet my dad received a call after 6pm where the driver advised he is in Pinetown and my dad thought to be better and asked for next day delivery because he was more than an hour away from Kingsburgh, so then the driver advised the address is incorrect and therefor he didn't deliver. Now already after 5pm and the driver hasn't made any contact on when delivery will be. Courier Guy would have already delivered early yesterday morning. Yet this is a big lesson learned that your service is far most the worst ever.
