For the second time in a space of 3months, Ram has messed up my order and NO one seems to take accountability. it is really disappointing because I've used RAM for years but it just seems as if things are deteriorating. This is definitely my last order with RAM.

Please advise and assist provide waybill details for any other parcel that you are expecting as per our records arranged yesterday and we received it today due for delivery from tomorrow?

it is a percel that i sent to my client, it was collected 5/12/2023 RL***. Anyway just ensure that the parcel is delivered, I don't ever want to deal with you people.

The parcel is at our hub in Polokwane and will be delivered tomorrow the address you had loaded on the system when you were logging was the below.
