Don't use Ram hand to hand couriers

I order a rain Sim card and was told that Ram would deliver it. I called into change that address of the delivery and was told that it would be changed. 3 days pass and I contact them again, address not changed nor did the delivery even get on a van. At all costs avoid this company, Staff are not trained properly and waiting for a line manger to get to the call is next to impossible.
