Don't use Ram Couriers!

I would love to know WHY? a parcel that is transported by road from Cape Town for an Eastern Cape destination go through the Eastern Cape to Johannesburg? It makes no sense and in the meantime I am waiting and waiting and waiting for my parcel!! Please explain this to me? The logistics of this company is non-existent!!
