I have been waiting on a parcel following up every 30 minutes, because I have a day filled with commitments and meetings. Their call centre operators are either useless or doesnt have access to any information, in which case I beg to ask the question what is the point of having a call centre? Horrible service from a company seemingly wrotten to the core with no systems in place.

STAY AWAY rather use one of the other courier companies, I often use courier companies and this has been my worst experience.
