Dont trust Ram Couriers

I received a SMS from Vodacom informing me that my parcel had been handed over to Ram and thats when the fun started. Monday I check on the parcel tracking "parcel out for delivery" I phone RAM trying to find out when the parcel will be delivered because I need to do things, am told my the agent he has checked the route and it would not be before 2pm, no mention of any missing information. 2pm comes and goes 3pm I check the parcel tracking and it says that there is a problem with the delivery and it cant be delivered. I phone I am told there was missing information, specifically my cell number and so the courier could contact me to organise delivery, remember when I spoke to the agent no mention was made of any missing information. They also tell me that the courier has now left the area and will not be able to make the delivery. I am promised it will be prioritized for delivery 14 December. Guess what I phone this morning to confirm they will deliver, no record of anything like a priority that being arranged at that stage I told them they cannot be trusted I want to come and collect, no that isn't possible neither. At this stage not sure when I will get my parcel......
