Don't order from companies that use RAM

I have had a parcel scheduled for delivery with RAM since 2 July. I have received an sms/email every day telling me that my package will be delivered that day between 8am and 5pm and I have stayed at home waiting every single day. I have sent 3 emails, 2 online chat messages, contacted poetry (from where I purchased) twice, contacted RAM after being on the phone for an hour every single day and have left voice mails; yet I still do not have my parcel and get a message saying "no one home" every day despite me being home and having cameras outside to indicate that no one came.
