Dont follow instructions

a request was send for change of delivery address and were confirmed but never updated on their system. they stated that they will give me a call 30min before delivery takes place . to my surprise i get a call stating "im outside your gate" is that 30 min before delivery and then they not even at the address that was requested.

now i requested for delivery to take place today at the home address they were at to make sure i am there at the given time guess will have issues again, companies just dont care about customer service anymore
