Don't ever use Ram! Unprofessional, irresponsible and rude drivers

Ram has the worse service ever!

I write this so angry and upset. Firstly the drivers are so rude and irresponsible they think people don't work and sit at home whole day waiting on them to deliver! I've been waiting for my parcel from Friday it gets to my home on Friday just for them to tell me that my fiance can't recieve the parcel even though she has my identity book and my proof of address okay no problem!

They tell me they will bring it back Monday so Monday I call the warehouse to find out if my parcel is out for delivery they tell me it's not. Okay fine!

Tuesday which is today I call the warehouse again as on monday they tell me it will be out for delivery on Tuesday so I ask them will it be possible for them to atleast call me an hour before they in my area or even half an hour as I work in the morning side area the request was sent through.

So first thing this morning I call the warehouse to query and find out what time can I expect this package so the guy at the warehouse was very help and he told me that the parcel was out on delivery so I could expect them anytime during the day so I told him that people have to work and can not sit each and everyday waiting on a package so he said he does understand that so he tells me he sees on his side that I requested to be called an hour before delivery so I said I did request that.

So as the day goes by me I sit and wait for this phone call which till this time I have not recieved. I call the warehouse for the second time querying about my package as it is now 3pm he tells me he will call the guys to find out where are they, The delivery guys say they in the area and should be by me at 4 so I rush home from Morningside leaving work to come home to sit till 6pm waiting on delivery.

So at 5pm I call the warehouse again another guys tells me they are in my area and will deliver so I wait.

At 6pm I call the warehouse again it takes me straight to a voice messages saying I need to call within the hours between 8am and 6pm office hours. Let's keep in mind all this time I'm sitting waiting on these useless drivers you choose to employ I am loosing out on my hours at work which is money being lost all these calls to the warehouse and sitting waiting to be put through to a consultant coated me a lot of airtime today I would like to find out from ram who is going to reimburse me for this.

Then these fools still rock up at my house at 19.20pm when I am Now back at work telling my fiance that there here to deliver so she calls me letting me know this so I tell her to ask them to wait 5mins as I will rush home to receive the parcel so they agree as I am on the freeway almost home I get a call from her stating they drove off! So now I'm wasting my petrol driving up and down I am so angry with this useless service from ram tomorrow they will recieve a call from me and so will Vodacom and I will not rest till these guys are dealt by the company because this is unprofessional for a damn big company like ram!!! I will never ever use this service and I will never recommend this service my advice to your company is to employ better drivers because there are plenty people looking for work these guys don't appreciate their job at all!!! Their customers service is disgusting
