Don't deserve anyone's business!

Parcels arrive dirty and damaged, takes days of going in and out of their warehouse before it gets delivered and nobody answers their phones. Why any company would choose to partner with such substandard service perplexes me. If I could give 0 stars I would! Plenty of other companies that are more deserving of business and it wouldnt be hard to do a better job.
