Don't deliver on promises!!!!!

They don't deliver what they promise. My package has been at Isando from 8 am on the 14th May, Friday when I phoned they promised me I will get it before end today and guess what, it didn't happen. How long do they want to hold onto something before sending it out!!! If you pay for overnight, why do you need to wait more than 3 days!!!!!
