<p>Ek wag Al n week vir n Vodacom ****rak. Hul daag op by adresse sonder om mens in kennis te stel. Kos my om acres te verander by Vodacom. Reel aflewering vir Maandag. Daag nie op nie. Kry SMS vandag wat se hul lewer af. Geen aflewering. My kamma gebel maar Geen oproep ooit ontvang. Sorry Vodacom maar julle verloor n klient oor ****tup mense.</p>

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I have forwarded your complaint to our PTA Regional manager.
Please note that on tracing your parcel I note that you have advised that you are not at your delivery address however are in Hercules. Vodacom has given ram your home address for delivery, in order to have this changed to where you are they need to authorize this.
I have also noted that you where contacted yesterday however the driver could not get hold of you to make the delivery as they needed access to make the delivery at you home address.
I do apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused due to this.
