Does not deserve a title

Pathetic service, I am yet to receive my parcel which I am awaiting since Friday.

Contact centre were not able to resolve the query at hand.

Hi Leshan. 

The change of address request was noted and escalated on Saturday. As advised the approval was received this morning and will be actioned this evening once the parcel is brought back to the Hub.

We will not be able to re-attempt delivery to the new address today.
