Does anyone even work for RAM
Have tried contacting 10 times to their only contact centre, each time when I get to being number 2 caller on line, the phone drops. I have also tried numerous times on the WhatsApp line but receive “ We are so sorry; this chat has reached its time limit, and the chat will now be closed. Please feel free to start a new chat from the main menu, should you need further assistance. To access the main menu, type *MENU*.”
Does anyone actually work at RAM?
Where is my parcel that was out for delivery the entire day?

04 Feb 2026, 09:15Parcel was delivered after I had to track the van down on the way to his next location as I was told it could not be delivered due to not having access to the estate.
No phone calls, no messages for access… nothing!
Do not act like the heroes to say it was delivered.
I collected on the side of the road!
