Do we matter.

14th June 2019 I was told i will get my parcels between 8am/5pm waited but nothing so i went online to track my parcels it said under investigation i called in to ask whats happening o was told they were hijacked ohk i understood 20th I called to check whats happening was told am email has been sent today to the client to inform about incident I told her ohk I will call in on Monday she said by then all will be sorted 24th I get message stating parcel will be delivered around 3pm I call to follow up the lady tells me we tried to deliver on Friday but we could not get hold of you i doubt both my phones were on I called in on the 20th was told to check In on Monday. So i continue to track my parcels online it under investigation again ! Come on !
