Do people actually still use this joke?

After searching this joke of a company I see that I am not the only one having trouble with them. Trying to call them is pointless, due to high call volumes - most probably people calling to complain. Using live chat is pointless - my cat can do a better job at answering queries. Waiting on my goods, and waiting on customer care to contact me - but I'm not holding my breath. I see on their noted they ay they called and waited at the gate - all false. Bunch of clowns.
