DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Terrible service, paid extra to have parcel delivered by a certain date but they never arrived to collect or attempted to contact me. When I contacted them on the day of collection I was told that I hadn't been available even though I was at home waiting for them the entire day. They didn't email or even attempt to phone. I have been told that they can only collect today (when it was supposed to be delivered. I had to ask for a refund of the difference of packages since they didn't do what I paid for, apparently this is an odd request. I would never recommend them to anyone nor will they ever have my business again. I'd rather pay more for a service that actually does what it says they will. It remains to be seen if they actually show up today.
