Do not use Ram, pathetic service
Horrible company, Horrible service. No customer care and no service. Absolutely disgusted that they have my parcel. They updated delivery date i stayed home only for the tracking status to be updated to unsuccessful delivery coz driver couldn’t get hold of me, a whole bunch of lies. Pathetic service, don’t use this company ever. Their WhatsApp is useless and phones are not answered. Horrible company i do not advise at all.

20 Dec 2024, 09:34You are just pathetic and ****s , you respond privately to say my parcel would be delivered on the 18th and yet 2 days later nothing’s been delivered. If i knew how pathetic and horrible your service is wouldn’t have agreed to have my parcel delivered by a useless company like you. Ruined my holidays ruined my Christmas. What a useless company to exist. For everyone who was thinking of giving them a chance please stay away. Worst company to ever deal with.
