Do not use Ram Hand To Hand Couriers

My package was scheduled to be collected on 02 October, it is now the 03 October and i still havent received any feedback from them so far, I followed up and after a 15 minute wait of the head office trying to get into contact with the branch they still cannot guarantee my package will be collected and delivered.
