Do not use Ram couriers they are unreliable

I’ve been going back and forth with the driver not wanting to deliver my parcel to someone I asked to collect my parcel just because the receiver and minor with no id,the driver still refuses to use the minors birth certificate to prove that he is the one responsible for recieving the package I’ve been calling the customer care and the agents are very rude and do not even wanna help with this kind of situation..I’ve never had any bad experience with online deliveries from other companies but with this one 😔 very unreliable and their Employees are very rude
