Do not use RAM Couriers in South Africa

Just unpacked Noritake dinner set couriered via RAM Couriers from Stanger to Stellenbosch. At least half the plates/dishes shattered (not cracked) indicating wilful damage. (I was unable to receive during first delivery attempt as no indication that delivery will happen on the day in question, so suspect wilful damage.) Crate clearly marked with several fragile stickers, and each plate individually packed by owners. Set inherited from grandparents more than 20 years ago so sentimental value on top. #RAMHandtoHandCouriers No compensation as booking made via website, apparently no cover for breakage if booking made in this manner.
