Do not use Ram courier services

Received an email from Ram yesterday morning just after 8am advising that my package will be delivered before 5pm yesterday. The package was not delivered and I received a call at 18h40 from the courier when I was at home advising that he is here to deliver my package. I advised that I have left for the day and to please deliver it tomorrow. I contacted Ram customer service now and spoke to a very unfriendly lady whose name I will not disclose here however I have on record. I wanted to know if my package en-route and ensure that it arrives by 17h00. She did not even offer an apology and simply said that the package is at the warehouse and will not be delivered today. I asked to speak to a manager and she kept me on the line for 10 minutes without checking on me before dropping the call. Customer service is extremely poor. I will forward this complaint to TFG recommending that they do not use Ram going forward due to lack of professionalism and poor service delivery. I would not recommend Ram, please use a different courier service.
